Return Policy and Refunds
RETURN POLICY
Items can be returned within 7 days from the delivery of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, returned after the 7th day or is a final sale item. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Please note we do not accept returns of Swimsuits, Bodysuits, Sale Items and Accessories.
Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale:
The products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags and the security seal still attached and any special packaging and accessories included – incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted
Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders. The return must be requested within 7 days from delivery of the order. The package can only be returned from the original shipping Country/Region Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

REFUNDS
Once we verify the integrity of the items we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined, and if accepted we will process the refund. Verifying the items is expected to take up to 5 business days.
The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted, directly to the original method of payment, and in the same currency.
Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
